Rich was amazing! I had gotten a DUI, just about the dumbest mistake I could have ever made. Rich was honest with me from the gate. He was very informative and kind while dealing with me and my case. Rich never believed in me… I wasn’t a felon before he made me sign a deal that I didn’t want to.. now he made me sign a deal for 21 to 58 months and I wasn’t on probation and I got a drug dealing charge without selling it to a C.I .! I believe that I would have probably received a better deal with a... public defender than with him . He charged me 8,500 to go up state anyway. I am an addict, NOT A DRUG DEALER! Not to mention I’m a single father to my 12 yr old daughter her whole life! Which now I have to leave to be with family. I needed rehabilitation NOT incarceration!!!

We recently had to unexpectedly seek an attorney due to a stupid mistake that could have resulted in a life altering direction with the possibility of facing jail time.
