Biography
I am a graduate of the Delaware Law School of Widener University and also hold a B.A. from Stony Brook University. I've been practicing law since I was 25 years old. I started my own practice in 1978, and been on my own since then. I have handled thousands of bankruptcy, consumer law cases, but I also have substantial experience with litigation, family, criminal law, injuries and accidents, as well as appellate practice. My practice is now primarily consumer debt and bankruptcy law matters.

Excelente lawyer

Made a stressful situation easier
We hired Mr. Rubin to walk us through Bankruptcy. We were scared and clueless but he put our minds at ease. He was very specific in what was expected of us, he was always quick to reply to emails and was very accommodating with our schedules.
