Kevin Roberts Marciano

Kevin R. Marciano prides himself on his knowledge of the law and procedures that apply to his cases, and is always well prepared. He has obtained multiple million dollar settlements, and concentrates his practice in the representation of catastrophically injured victims including medical malpractice, pharmaceutical liability, motor vehicle liability, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, construction accidents, liquor liability, personal injury cases and mass tort class actions.

As a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (PAAJ), Kevin R. Marciano is a frequent writer and lecturer for the organization.  An officer and the 2009 President of the PAAJ Pennsylvania Association of Justice (PAAJ), he is also a member of the American Association of Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Additionally, Kevin R. Marciano is also involved with the following PAAJ committees: Chairman of the Membership Committee; Co-Chair of the Legislative Network Committee; Public Relations Committee; Vice Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee; Fund Development Committee; Legislative Policy Committee and Long Range Planning Committee. He is also was member of the New Lawyer Section Leadership Council, serving as their chairman in the past.
