Gail is a lawyer that i would recommend to any and everyone looking for a lawyer that is GREAT at her perfession and no matter what she is always looking out for your BEST INTEREST and goes well past your expectations of helping you. My wife and I chose her for my dui case just by finding her online... and when we had our first meeting with her we told her that we were in a deep financial sqeeze and she let us do a payment plan, with no questions asked. When it came to the day i had in court i was NOT EVEN CLOSE TO EVEN HALF OF PAYING HER OFF IN FULL, BUT she said all that aside she is MY LAWYER AND SHE IS HERE FOR ME NO MATTER WHAT and AS MY LAWYER SHE WILL DO HER JOB AND LOOK OUT FOR MY BEST INTEREST AND DO WHAT SHE CAN TO PROTECT ME AND HELP ME WITH MY CASE. Gail went into that court room like she owned it, with a great very strong willed attitude and was able to talk to the judge and told him that the officer involved HAD to be available for this case because she had many questions for him reguarding the case (and he was not going to be available for a period of time between 6mnths to a yr or longer) so the case was totally dismissed. I would and DO definitely RECOMMENED Gail Marr to any and everyone looking for a GREAT lawyer that does everything in her power to help you no matter what. She is ammmmmazing and she bust her a** on your case even if your are having trouble paying her in full right away, she definitely does very well and goes well past your expectations when it comes to being YOUR lawyer and looking out for YOUR BEST INTERESTS!!!!!! GAIL MARR IS AMMMMAZING AND A GREAT LAWYER NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Gail Marr is the best lawyer we could have chosen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed regarding the law. She was able to prove the charges were not accurate by any means. All of my charges were dismissed. (3 misdeamors) . She also defended my husband who was facing 8 charges, 3 of which ...were felonies. Got everything reduced down to 3 summary offenses!! I hired Gail as the Attorney to represent my son for his DUI charge that he received last fall. I found Gail to be very straight forward, honest and direct. She reviewed the details of the case and was very thorough in her representation of my son and was able to have the DUI charge thrown out during... the hearing. I would definitely look at hiring Gail in the future if some other legal issues would arise. I hired Gail for my DUI. Apparently she likes to do a lot of DUI cases. I didn't really know why until I saw how she handles them. It seemed like she went in to see the judge in the first hearing, then came out and told me were were "waving" my case to DUI court. When we went to DUI court a few... months later, she had me pleading guilty. The sentence I got was probation, which was Ok, but I had told her from the beginning I wanted to fight my case because the police never got my blood. It seems like she always intended to have me plead guilty. Then when we were in DUI court, she had 2 other clients that day for the same type of case and they also pleaded guilty. If she made that much money from them as what she charged me, that's a lot of money to make when you're not even fighting for your clients. I don't know if she fights cases in other types of crimes but for DUI, she seems to just do guilty pleas. I'm disappointed because she charged me pretty much.
