This was the second time we used Gail for a DUI case ..On our first one she did a awesome job.. But on our Second one, which there is No Second One NOW, Thanks to Gail .. I was arrested drunk driving and was looking for an attorney to help me. I did not know her or consulted her office. Three days after I had the dui I went to my mail and I saw a card with phone number of her office which I made an appointment the day I got there she was there waiting. She assured me ...she will do everything possible in her profession to help me which she did. In all my court appointment she was present she explained every paper work to my understanding. She was able to get me into a program and though my cdl license was suspended for one year she was able to plead that my regular license was not suspended. She finally advised me on what I could be doing till my cdl is restored. I was comfortable with her through my case. Her fees was cheaper and I had a flexible payments, and anytime I call her even if she is busy, she will call back. Thanks to Attorney Gail Marr. Gail is an extremely busy attorney. She has a lot on her plate. I agree that getting a hold of her is pretty difficult, at times, even though messages are left with the office assistant. If her schedule has conflicts from consistent last minute court date changes. Trust that one of her associates wil...l be assigned to take over for that day or the case itself. They will already be well informed and up to speed. However, rest assured behind the scenes Gail and her associates are discussing your case and narrowing down the options. They will determine the best move and strategy to make from their many years of experience. Nevertheless, she will still be working the case and providing her input in the background.

My best advice for anyone is to steer clear of this firm. I hired this firm to help me approximately two years ago. After multiple follow ups and inquiries on the status of my case, I received little to no response. I was never given updates on filings or petitions or for anything at all. Afte...r escalating the issue and threatening to report them to the disciplinary board and the attorney general‘s office of Pennsylvania I finally received a response. Their response? Little to no work was completed on my case, as they did not have proper paperwork signed, and had never requested it from me by their own admission. I would tell anyone considering using this firm to steer clear. Do not waste your time. The only saving grace for them was that after wasting nearly 2 years of a legal action that was affecting my life. They’ve offered me a refund on my initial payment. If I could give them zero stars I would.
