Excellent lawyer

Gail knew exactly what she was doing and was very clear in explaining everything to me throughout the process of my dui case. Because of Gail I had certain charges dropped and fortunately didn't lose my license. I recommend her for anyone who is in need of a great lawyer for their dui/dwi cases.

DUI

Gail is straight forward, and knowledgeable on DUI. She bought me a pair of pants for court (I was dressed for jail at the time). She brought my belongings to the jail for me- I had nobody to help me with this. She was very reasonably priced- 1/2 of what others lawyers wanted to charge. It was ...a terrible situation all around- and am glad it is over.

DUI charge

I hired Gail as the Attorney to represent my son for his DUI charge that he received last fall. I found Gail to be very straight forward, honest and direct. She reviewed the details of the case and was very thorough in her representation of my son and was able to have the DUI charge thrown out during... the hearing. I would definitely look at hiring Gail in the future if some other legal issues would arise. As I said earlier if you want a no nonsense, straight forward and ethical person to represent you, I would not hesitate to tell you to give Gail a call.

KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT DOESN'T REALLY CHALLENGE DUI CASES

I hired Gail for my DUI. Apparently she likes to do a lot of DUI cases. I didn't really know why until I saw how she handles them. It seemed like she went in to see the judge in the first hearing, then came out and told me were were "waving" my case to DUI court. When we went to DUI court a few... months later, she had me pleading guilty. The sentence I got was probation, which was Ok, but I had told her from the beginning I wanted to fight my case because the police never got my blood. It seems like she always intended to have me plead guilty. Then when we were in DUI court, she had 2 other clients that day for the same type of case and they also pleaded guilty. If she made that much money from them as what she charged me, that's a lot of money to make when you're not even fighting for your clients. I don't know if she fights cases in other types of crimes but for DUI, she seems to just do guilty pleas. I'm disappointed because she charged me pretty much.

Avoid if Northampton County is involved

Please do not use this attorney for any issues in Northampton County Pennsylvania. My stalker is now doing 5 years in this county. In 2021 my stalker used Northampton and Lehigh County connections to arrest me. Ms. Marr and her associate that attended my May 22, preliminary hearing at Judge Manwar...ing's office in Bethlehem Pennsylvania saw, heard, observed my stalker and her husband feign hysteria. My stalker, her husband, and the former Bethlehem Police Chief waited outside this office. Everyone else left. My Stalker's husband tried to approach me. My stalker asked if I needed a ride home? After almost 15 years! My stalker continued to follow, harass and spread defamatory lies against me to my departure in June 2025. With the help of the Northampton County Detectives.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
