When I first hired Attorney Masington, we got off to a rough start, I was going through a lot and under immense stress (aren't we all when we hire attorneys?). Regardless, once we got our grove we never looked back. It's worth noting that he and his staff were able to manage the dynamics of my very ...Jewish mother hovering over everything and being in the mix! He has come through for me on several occasions. I have kept him on retainer because my daughters father is unpredictable and consistently makes terrible decisions. Each time I have needed him to intervene he has done so expeditiously. Nick and his office staff are incredibly responsive and he will typically respond to an email BEFORE his staff does. Having experience with another local family law attorney who does none of these things makes me very grateful for Attorney Masington and his team.

I would definitely recommend Nick to handle your divorce. Nick took the time to listen to all my concerns and how to handle them. Divorce is not an easy thing to go through, but with Nick handling things it did make it a little easier to get through. I always had answers to all my questions quickly, ...and he is there to walk you through everything so you know what to expect and feel comfortable. The law firm of Anders, Riegel & Masington (ARM), LLC is a wonderful choice…if you are looking to prolong your divorce process and maximize your expenses. I chose to be represented by Attorney Massington due to positive feedback that I read on this website. Unfortunately, the information that I read ...nowhere near represented Attorney Massington in the way that he truly operates his law firm. He lacked concern for my circumstances, was consistently unresponsive, and very often incompetent in his efforts. Many times documents were forwarded to me with significant errors that He made, and when I would ask for corrections, I would receive another billing for his “services”. Communication was impossible. Attorney Massington and his office took weeks to respond to anything, constantly avoided returning voicemails and emails, and more often than not did not interact with me unless I caught them off guard and someone decided to pick up the phone during regular business hours. Oh, and when you get close to resolving your divorce settlement, be prepared to open up your wallet!! He puts more time and energy into making mistakes that he can re-bill you for than trying to properly represent you. He does nothing to create leverage for you and concentrates on trying to get you to accept every proposal that comes in from your ex-spouse because it is “fair”. Long story short, I spent over a year paying Attorney Massington for his “services” with no results…less than 2 weeks after I fire him, my divorce is being finalized ON MY OWN. My ex-wife’s attorney said that they were less than willing to cooperate with Attorney Massington because of his constant delay tactics and poor attitude throughout the process. If you want to be treated like “just another number” or if you are looking for ignorance intertwined with arrogance, then Anders, Riegel & Masington, LLC is the right choice for you. If you want a fair, honest, trustworthy representation during what may be the most difficult, emotionally-challenging moment in your life, choose someone else…anyone else. Don’t be fooled by false feedback forums containing Attorney Massington’s friends’ glowing reviews. Trust me, the only thing that you will garner from your relationship with this law office is overstated billings and no results.
