Scott Brannan is a life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley. He is a graduate of Kutztown University, Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and Missouri State University. While attending Villanova, he was a member of the Clinic for law and entrepreneurship, where he advised small businesses through the challenges associated with creating an entity, operating and growing a sustainable business. Attorney Brannan received his MBA from Missouri State University to further develop his skills and knowledge in every aspect of a business and to provide a broader strategic perspective for businesses. After graduating from law school, Attorney Brannan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable President Judge Margherita Patti-Worthington of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. He has helped clients better understand their student loans and advises them on the best course of action for their student loans. Attorney Brannan has extensive knowledge in federal repayment plans, administrative discharges, loan forgiveness programs, and bankruptcy discharges of both federal and private student loans.
