Biography
Attorney Marshall Anders is the senior member of the firm and has been practicing law throughout Northeast PA since 1973. A graduate of Notre Dame University and Dickinson School of Law, Attorney Anders has focused the majority of his practice in the areas of Criminal and Civil Litigation and is one of only a handful of Monroe County attorneys certified to handle the defense side of capital murder cases. He has tried both civil and criminal cases before nearly every branch of the Pennsylvania court system.
His reputation as a "no-nonsense" litigator is well known and respected throughout Monroe and the surrounding counties such that his mere involvement in a case sends an immediate message of seriousness to the opposition.

Tough, no nonsense
Sharp, on the ball. Took care of a number of issues regarding the corporation, from debilitating lawsuit to overdue accounts that owed us money. Did not stop until the job was done!

HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A LAWYER!!!!!
this lawyer was not prepared for the case after i got all the paperwork together for him. his secretary is not organized and very careless. he is not responsive or good at his profession. he NEVER gets things done on time. i am very surprised he stays in business and he is lucky that he gets paid...
