Zachary Zawarski

Zachary helped sort through the mess when my previous employer and I split ways. I applied and was approved for unemployment benefits. When they appealed, Zachary walked me through the process and helped formulate a strategy. They ultimately withdrew their appeal, in my opinion because of correspo...ndence and supporting documentation Zachary sent in prior to the hearing. I'll be hiring him again if I need a lawyer, and I recommend you do too.

Attorney Zawarski successfully argued my appeal before the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board. After presenting him with the facts, he easily identified several weaknesses in the opposing party’s position that I overlooked. Zachary was fantastic from start to finish. I had filed for unemployment in March of 2015 and was denied due to my being self employed. Thanks to both Google and Zachary I was able to win the appeal in May of 2015 and receive all of the benefits due me. I first called him and met with him immediately.... He advised me of my situation as well as the law. He knew exactly what I needed to provide him to make my case. With his assistance we were able to prepare for the appeal hearing and won. I met with Zachary because my home was in active foreclosure. He explained the foreclosure process in a way that was easy to understand, laid out possible options, and gave me advice as to what my next steps should be. I went into the meeting feeling overwhelmed, totally at sea, and pretty hopeless... - I walked out of the meeting feeling like I had a grip on what was going to happen and what could happen, and relieved that things weren't as totally bleak as I'd thought. Now a few weeks later the appeal has been granted and I'll be able to keep my home. Zachary was knowledgable and helpful, and immediately started working on my behalf. He left voice messages and sent emails so I was always informed of what he was doing and where things stood, plus he always gave me a timeline as to when I might expect something to happen. His fees are reasonable - and I feel I got more than my money's worth. I really can't say enough about him. If I ever need a lawyer again for any reason, he's the one I'll call.
