Unemployment Denial Reversed!

I was denied unemployment compensation by the PA UC . I hired Zachary to represent me and the decision was reversed. Zachary was professional, communicative, pleasant and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Mr. Zawarski for your legal needs.

Unemployment compensation

Attorney Zawarski, was very helpful in my case of "policy violation" that unemployment did not want to pay. We had my case reversed. He was wonderful!

Unemployment Compensation

I reached out to Mr Zawarski to discuss my unemployment compensation denial due to a “rule violation” at work. He was able to easily show that I did not engage in any willful misconduct towards my employer at my Appeal Hearing and I was granted benefits. I found him to be very helpful in explaining t...hings to me and he was always quick to respond when I reached out to him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again should I ever need to!

Defeated the unbeatable with Zachary, Overturned unemployment denial

I had the opportunity to work with attorney Zawarski last month pertaining to my unemployment benefits case against ex employer. He was thoughtful, thorough, intelligent, very knowledgeable, as well as realistic. He explained the pros and cons about my case while being very professional as well as ma...king me feel like he really cared about the outcome. He explained to me that if he was unable to get a favorable verdict for me he would work out an equitable adjustment to his fees. We prepared for the referee hearing and all in all he was very effective and i was awarded unemployment benefits. The excellent customer service he provided turned me into a loyal client. If you have a case you need help with don't hesitate to contact attorney Zawarski he will give you accurate, truthful advice,as well as excellent representation at a reasonable price. When you feel like your up against a loosing battle, attorney Zawarski levels the odds. I don't know what i would of done if it wasn't for him.
