I am committed to providing the highest level of dedication to the clients I serve.

I practice in family law, child custody, national child abduction and international child abduction cases, child support, Protection From Abuse cases, child dependency and parental termination cases, adoptions, unemployment comp., and contract negotiations disputes. I am sensitive to domestic violence in my cases and the unique issues that presents in child custody and other cases. I take pride in my clients trusting that I know their case very well each step along the way. 

Also a freelance attorney for other attorneys and often serve as a consultant to other attorneys on child abduction cases to return children to the left-behind parent. 

I have over twenty years of varied experience across a wide variety of industries, including nursing home health care, severe brain trauma, and rehabilitation before entering the practice of law. Representing residents and their families, I have counseled clients in nursing home abuse or neglect cases from my extensive knowledge of healthcare industry practices. I am very familiar with and have experience in restorative therapies for geriatrics and persons suffering from various cognitive deficiencies or head trauma, and assisted living and nursing home care practices from a professional career in the industry. This includes 13 years healthcare experience, including: nursing home administration, rehabilitative and geriatric healthcare, contract negotiations, recreational therapy, and social services. This former experience included overseeing therapy Medicaid/Medicare compliance issues.

I serve on the Legal Studies and the Paralegal College ABA Advisory Board of Central Pennsylvania College, an ABA-approved college. 

As an active volunteer attorney in the “Wills for Heroes” program, I give time to create wills and power of attorney documents for first responders and their spouses free of charge.

I also volunteer through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs offering free tax return preparation assistance through these IRS-sponsored programs.
