Very Helpful and Informative

Mr. Zawarski was extremely responsive in guiding me through the eviction process. He was able to handle all of the communication with the tenants and was very professional in all of my dealings with him. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a Lawyer of this nature.

A Gifted Attorney

Attorney Zawarski successfully argued my appeal before the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board. After presenting him with the facts, he easily identified several weaknesses in the opposing party’s position that I overlooked. I was equally impressed at the speed with which he formed a complet...e understanding of the chain of events. He put both the perspective of the pertinent issues and his foundation for his defense in a clear concise and easily understood plan. Communication with Mr. Zawarski was a pleasure. He was quick to return phone calls and followed up with emails in a timely manner. His professional and sympathetic demeanor coupled with an unshakable confidence was comforting. I highly recommend him and am convinced others will equally enjoy the satisfaction I experienced.

I won my unemployment denial for being self employed

Zachary was fantastic from start to finish. I had filed for unemployment in March of 2015 and was denied due to my being self employed. Thanks to both Google and Zachary I was able to win the appeal in May of 2015 and receive all of the benefits due me. I first called him and met with him immediately.... He advised me of my situation as well as the law. He knew exactly what I needed to provide him to make my case. With his assistance we were able to prepare for the appeal hearing and won. At the hearing not only was he totally prepared, but also extremely knowledgeable. I should mention that every time I called him I either got him immediately or a prompt return phone call. I would highly recommend anyone who is self employed and denied benefits to at least call him. The phone consultation was free.
