He got me what I was asking for back. Very willing to work with you about payments while you are going through everything. Also gave fast results usually to questions you have along the way.

Custody

Attorney Gibson was extremely helpful when my ex wife filed for custody of my daughter. He was able to answer every question that I had and even answered some i had not thought of yet. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Divorce Attorney

Eric Gibson represented me with a Lancaster County, PA divorce. He handled the whole thing without me having to go to court which was extremely helpful since I reside many states away. I'm very happy with his services and I would highly recommend him.

Attorney Eric Gibson and the entire Bentley, Gibson, Kopecki, Smith P.C. We're amazing. From the day I received free consultation I knew Eric was who I wanted representing me in what I knew would be a long tough process in gaining primary custody of my son. From the start Eric was straight forward wi...th me in explaining that what I wanted to do was almost impossible given the situation that I was the out of state parent. Eric was beyond dedicated and incredibly understanding to all my needs, always helpful thorough and vey informative. Eric was fantastic in the courtroom especially when it came to dealing with the opposing counsel and their unethical tactics the battle wasn't easy but his knowledge and expertise during the proceedings were instrumental in my favor, I now have primary custody of my son and he was relocated to NYC where we reside. I must say retaining Eric was by far the best decision I have ever made in my life his professionalism and dedication are superb and I would highly recommend him and the whole team.

Awesome lawyer

I needed to file for a divorce and really didn't know where to turn. So I just looked for the closest attorney to me and I found Mr. Gibson on his offices webpage and read about the staff and knew immediately this is the lawfirm I needed to choose. I was lucky to have Mr. Gibson retained as my lawy...er, the process was simple and he explained things to me that you could understand. I would recommend him for a divorce lawyer. I just recently had a question and I emailed his paralegal and she forwarded the email onto Mr. Gibson and he responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
