"Team Gibson"

Eric and Anne Gibson represented me over the course of two years before and after my arrest for egregious crimes of Domestic Violence. I was arrested for Sexual Assault on a date and time I was working, arrested for a Simple Assault that simply did not occur, as well as conduct indicative of Stalkin...g. The prosecution’s case was pieced together with testimonial evidence, aside from self-inflicted injuries caused by their purported victim. Prior to my arrest, the police took no photographs of the alleged crime scene(s), interviewed no available witnesses, and substantially conducted no investigation. At the time the police were called, I offered little information due to the seriousness of the allegations and asserted my 6th Amendment right to counsel. This is where the genesis of my association with the Gibsons began. My position was unique because I came to them after navigating our adversarial justice system as a policeman for the prior 12 years. This included working for the same District Attorney’s office who authorized my arrest. The Gibsons permitted me to largely assist in the planning and defense investigation that occurred, something I don’t think would have happened with most other attorneys. It was not long until we realized the defense was in possession of more evidence than the prosecution, some of which was revealed to them in the days prior to the case’s resolution. Ultimately, I weathered the worst period of my life with the help of this profound “TEAM GIBSON” and emerged on the other side with no finding or admission of guilt and 50/50 custody of my lovely daughter. I have been exposed to many lawyers over the years but was thoroughly impressed with the Gibsons’ professionalism and staunch commitment to the positive outcome of my case. Eric and Anne are two of the most conscientious legal navigators I have had the pleasure to work with and I consider myself lucky to have hired them. Truly caring, supportive and EXCELLENT

Eric provided me with excellent guidance, legal advice and support during a grueling 18 month custody battle for my 11 year old son who was residing in an environment of neglect and drugs. That may sound like an open and shut, easy case but it was nothing of the sort. In a world that supports the ri...ghts of the mother so strongly, Eric took on my case... a father trying desperately to save his son from a mentally crippling and potentially physically dangerous home life. Being very emotionally charged about the whole process Eric kept me grounded and ensured I took the best legal path that would result in the best outcome for me and my son. After at least five court appearances and a variety of difficult, unique and challenging situations Eric's counsel not only got my son out of a horrible situation but got us much more than we had hoped for. I can't thank Eric enough for his amazing legal counsel, care and support as I have never had to go through anything like this in my life and had no idea what I was up against... But Eric knew exactly how to handle each and every situation that came our way. At no point throughout the 18 month process did I ever feel that Eric was monetarily motivated even though this is his livelihood. If you have a difficult legal path ahead I highly recommend engaging Eric Gibson to guide you down the legal path to success.

Custody

Attorney Gibson was extremely helpful when my ex wife filed for custody of my daughter. He was able to answer every question that I had and even answered some i had not thought of yet. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Awesome lawyer

I needed to file for a divorce and really didn't know where to turn. So I just looked for the closest attorney to me and I found Mr. Gibson on his offices webpage and read about the staff and knew immediately this is the lawfirm I needed to choose. I was lucky to have Mr. Gibson retained as my lawy...er, the process was simple and he explained things to me that you could understand. I would recommend him for a divorce lawyer. I just recently had a question and I emailed his paralegal and she forwarded the email onto Mr. Gibson and he responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
