I found myself needing a lawyer and had no idea where to go. I asked the District Justice and they gave me a list of local lawyers. I selected Mr. Knneff, called his office and set up an appointment. He was very understanding and patient as we discussed my situation. I had many, many questions and co...ncerns and Mr. Kenneff was able to answer all of them. I hired him and am very happy I did. He worked with me through every step of my case and through his expertise I received a favorable outcome in court. I will definitely use him in the future if the need ever arises and I have already told all my family and friends what a good person and exceptional lawyer he is.

I had several parking tickets issued in my name that due to circumstances, I knew nothing about until they turned into bench warrants, and had escalated to several hundred dollars in costs. Because I pleaded not guilty to the tickets, I had to appear at a hearing to plead my case. I had no idea what ...to expect at the hearing. I knew Attorney Joe Kenneff, so I called him and discussed this with him. He told me I could probably handle it myself, but if I felt better having representation, he could be there for me. I decided to have Attorney Kenneff represent me. He asked me to meet him about 20 minutes before the hearing. We went over all the information he had about the tickets, and asked me what I wanted the outcome to be. I told him I would like to get rid of some of the exuberant costs. Joe was very honest with me and told me that he was pretty sure he could get some kind of reduction in costs, but he wasn't sure how much. I asked him if I needed to talk at all during the hearing, because the thought of that made me nervous . Joe told me not to worry, he would take the lead and I would most likely not have to say much at all. He seemed so sincere when talking with me, which helped to put me at ease. When we walked in with the officer to plead our case, Attorney Kenneff introduced me and himself to the officer. He talked with the officer in a friendly, but respectful manner about our case. Joe has a really engaging way about him, the made the whole atmosphere in the room comfortable. At that moment, I thought, "He's got this.....It's gong to be okay!" I know representing someone for parking tickets is not a big case, but to me it was important. And as I listened to Joe speak with the officer about my parking tickets; I knew, at that moment, my parking tickets were the most important thing to him too! He got all the parking tickets dismissed except for one of which I had to pay only the cost of the original parking ticket. I was so impressed with the way he handled things. I definitely believe, it was not only his knowledge of the law that brought us to this outcome, but his kind, sincere, and respectful way he was with both me and the officer. I definitely made the right decision in having Attorney Joe Kenneff represent me. I couldn't have been in better hands! He is definitely in a league of his own!
