Without a doubt, the best lawyer alive! I rarely write reviews, but this was an exception. Everyone should have the opportunity to encounter such professionalism. DUI Defense

On two occasions since 2010, I made poor choices and wound up in a significant amount of trouble. With the help of Mark Walmer, I got the best possible outcome on both situations. Thanks to Mark Walmer, I got a second chance at a good life. I hate to think of how bad things could have turned out for me without him.

I cannot thank Mark enough for his time and advice.

I found myself completely depressed and hopeless after I was charged with a DUI. I have always been a perfectionist so this seemed like the end of the world. Mark came into the office on a Saturday to meet with me because my parents had contacted him regarding how depressed I was. He listened to my story, was empathetic, but also very proactive in starting the process to put this behind me. Mark introduced me to the ARD program, and was very helpful with laying out the timeline / process for the program. He was able to help me keep things in perspective and realize that why I made a mistake, everything was going to be fine. Mark was always extremely responsive, and was even willing to provide his advice to me on another legal matter. His experience is extensive, and I feel extremely blessed to have had his guidance throughout this process. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for an attorney for a DUI. He was the best!

2 DUIs and a traffic violation

Mark exceeded my expectations. And he is all an around good guy. He is genuinely very caring and has great knowledge in the field of law. I can't imagine getting better legal help anywhere else. Phillis and Mark answered all of my concerns and are currently walking me through my license suspension, directing me to the right people to talk to. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of as a client in every way possible. Phillis and Mark are a great team. Without them I would have been a sitting duck. Plus they are affordable and flexible. Definitely worth every penny. I am 100% satisfied with their service. strongly recommend Mark Walmer: traffic violation

I hired Mark Walmer to represent me regarding a traffic violation in Lancaster County. Mark and his staff, Phyllis, were both responsive and kept me well informed. Mark was accessible and got the job done in a timely matter. I had an excellent outcome due to his expertise. As a side note: Mark and Phyllis have a nice way about them. I recommend Mark Walmer.

Evaluation

Appreciate what was done for me when falsely accused of child molestation. Mr. Walmer said I was harrassed on the job. I have resigned recently from that Home care Company.

Walmer is results-oriented and a clear communicator

In regards to a disorderly conduct summary offense, Mark Walmer differentiated from the other criminal lawyers in his clear strategy for results. Whereas other criminal lawyers spent the great majority of the initial consultation hedging expectations, Mark educated me on the law, and treated me as a teammate.

A bit overpriced but worth it

Mr. Walmer is well spoken and professional. He puts his clients at ease. I received less of a sentence than other people in my situation; I am not sure if that was due to his skills or my situation. I paid more for his services than other attorneys charge but the outcome of the case was more desirable so the premium seems to be worth it but I am not sure. He definitely is integrated well into the Lancaster community. I would say that he is definitely one of the best attorneys in Lancaster county but I would shop around. He has a gift for being honest, but not disclosing all outcomes of a case or a sentence or what the implications of the sentence mean. Listen to what he doesn't say. Having said that, Mr. Walmer is clearly dedicated to his clients and cares about a successful outcome for you. I am not sure, though, if he is worth the cost. I would suggest definitely shortlisting him with four or five other attorneys and getting estimates of costs from all of them before proceeding.
