PA Dental License

Wesley Rish is an excellent attorney. The Pennsylvania Dental Board was extremely unreasonable with issuing licenses this year. Wesley obtained the desired result of a dental license on my behalf. Every step of the way he was an exemplary attorney. He responds almost immediately to e-mail corresponde...nce no matter the time of day or day of the week. I am extremely satisfied with his work and recommend his services to any of my colleagues.

International graduate (IMG) applying for unrestricted full medical license

I am an IMG trained in Europe who was applying to obtain the full medical license in the state of Pennsylvania. Since the first call, Attorney Rish demonstrated to be knowledgeable and experienced in this matter. After I explained my case, he went deep into the details asking pertinent questions that... were relevant for the case. Once all these questions were solved to my best, he clearly explained the process, as well as the situation and expected outcomes. I am still shocked about how much he knows of different training programs and specific qualities that are considered by the medical board of the state of Pennsylvania. Prior to reach attorney Rish, I contacted several lawyers and agencies. I decided to hire Mr. Rish without hesitation. He called me almost everyday with updates about my case and he was always opened to answer my question pretty fast either via phone or email. Finally, I got my license approved without any pushbacks in less than a month (for a process that usually takes > 4 months for IMGs). In summary, Attorney Rish demonstrated to be a trustworthy and dedicated lawyer with a well proven knowledge and experience to deal with any medico-legal issue with the Medical Board of the State of Pennsylvania.

Professional RN License

Wesley was the perfect lawyer! He was very responsive every time I contacted him and explained every avenue we could take and what to expect every step of the way. I felt like he truly listened to my concerns and advocated for me as much as possible. The outcome was exactly what we wanted and he was ...very affordable.

Expert Help

I contacted Attorney Rish when I received an Order to Show Cause from the Medical Board of Pennsylvania. I was surprised and relieved when he answered his cell phone. He very quickly got to the core of my issue, and explained my situation to me. As he went through case, he would periodically call me ...(I am in Ohio) with updates and next steps. I really appreciate his effort in keeping me apprised of the case as it developed. Recently, Wesley called with great news: the Board dismissed the Order to Show Cause. I could not have asked for a better outcome; I am very grateful for his guidance and effort on my behalf. If you are facing a problem with the Medical Board, you will not find a better defense or a more genuine advisor than Attorney Rish.

Amazing scope of knowledge and support, above and beyond

I contacted Mr Rish after consulting with two other licensing attorneys in the Harrisburg area about a complicated and thorny professional licensure issue I was facing. Both of those attorneys advised me that my situation was essentially "hopeless" right now and that I would need to spend thousands a...nd thousands of dollars and wait upwards of 3-4 years to navigate appeals and board consults to even have a prayer. Wesley not only offered a different opinion with confidence, he also encouraged me to start the process immediately and made himself available offering convenient consult hours outside the typical "9-5" and a kind and encouraging voice in an otherwise dark and anxious time. Wesley reminded me every step of the way that no matter what, all was not lost, and made me feel like I was not alone, I had his support. His knowledge and confidence helped me feel secure and assured, and he checked in with me regularly to see where I was in the process. I could not have navigated this without Wesley, specifically, he was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, human, confident, and assured. He kept in touch frequently and was patient with me explaining each part of an all-too-confusing process. Mr Rish acted as my support system and captain and I can never thank him enough, I owe it all to him, and that is NOT hyperbole. Wesley broke the endeavor down into understandable parts, walked by my side through each part, explained to me the possible and probable outcomes at each stage, and options for each. In the end, the process went smoothly and with nary a hitch, I have zero doubt this was due to the guidance and efforts of Mr Rish.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse Attorney Rish. He is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Attorney Rish is a zealous advocate for his clients and is able to use his extensive knowledge of administrative law and familiarity with the licensing and disciplinary process to obtain favorable results for his clients. Attorney Rish is also able to help licensees who are in the appeal phase as he is an expert in navigating the appellate process and is no stranger to the Commonwealth Court. There is no question in my mind that Attorney Rish a great choice for anyone with licensing or disciplinary issues. Not only does he fight hard for the best possible outcome, he also listens to his clients and keeps them updated with the status of their case, which is often hard to find but so very important to each and every client who is putting their professional future into the hands of an attorney."
