Consulted For Nursing Board Mental/Physical Evaluation After DUI

I am a nurse and received a letter of concern from the VRP after getting a DUI. I reached out to Wesley after working with another attorney previously regarding the matter. Wesleys extensive background with licensing matters was evident in our conversation and Wesley was able to provide good advice t...o approach my mental/physical evaluation. I could tell from my conversation with Wesley his goal was that he wanted the best for me and he was very familiar with how these things play out. As the next few months pan out I will be happy to use Wesley and would highly recommend him to other PA professionals facing licensing issues.

The Most Professional and Knowledgeable Lawyer for Licensure

I am an IMG who is unsure if I can get a license to practice medicine in PA. I reached out to a dozen and more lawyers to explain my case, and it was only Atty. Wesley Rish who replied to me with great confidence from the very beginning that he will be able to help me obtain an unrestricted physician... and surgeon license. His vast knowledge with the Board of Medicine policies and bylaws is second to none. I think he is the only one with this kind of experience and knowledge regarding licensure process. I would recommend him to anyone having issues or concerns with their medical license. His asset is not just his experience, but also his entire personality. He is very professional and at the same time very approachable. He is always available, very responsive and would reply to my emails very promptly. He would explain all the details that I need to know and anticipate down the road. He provided me reassurance in times of doubts. He wrote a support letter for my case, which I believed made my application stronger. I wouldn't have gotten my license this quickly and smoothly if not for his assistance. Imagine, I got my license in less than a month. And to top of it all, his excellent service did not break the bank. His professional fee is very fair. He even informed me that he will refund the balance from the retainer fee because of the less hours that he worked on my case. I really believe that God sent him to me to help me in this purpose and calling. So if anyone here needs help, do not hesitate and contact him asap. You will be in the perfect hands. God bless you, Atty. Wesley Rish! All the best!

Referral

Wes was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful. He knew from the beginning what would happen and it did! He offered his help right from the beginning and saw me through my licensing. There was never an issue with my license just as he said there wouldn’t be.

Thank You

Attorney Rish treated me with dignity and respect. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He helped me navigate my VRP case as an Allied Health Professional. I truthfully can not recommend him enough.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse Attorney Rish. He is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Attorney Rish is a zealous advocate for his clients and is able to use his extensive knowledge of administrative law and familiarity with the licensing and disciplinary process to obtain favorable results for his clients. Attorney Rish is also able to help licensees who are in the appeal phase as he is an expert in navigating the appellate process and is no stranger to the Commonwealth Court. There is no question in my mind that Attorney Rish a great choice for anyone with licensing or disciplinary issues. Not only does he fight hard for the best possible outcome, he also listens to his clients and keeps them updated with the status of their case, which is often hard to find but so very important to each and every client who is putting their professional future into the hands of an attorney."
