He is reliable

Rish Wesley provided outstanding legal support during one of the most challenging periods of my life. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to clearly explain my options and next steps. His guidance gave me confidence and direction when I needed it most. I am truly grateful for... his dedication and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and compassionate attorney.

Very grateful !

Something unexpected happened in my personal life, and when I reached out to this lawyer, he willingly offered his guidance and advice, and never once mentioned monetary value. I made so many phone calls and he was the only one who didn’t make me feel lost or hopeless.

Saved me from horrible advice given by last attorney

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rish. I came to him after getting some really bad advice from another attorney, and I was feeling completely lost and frustrated. From the start, Rish took the time to really listen, go through everything carefully, and explain what my options actually we...re. He immediately caught where the previous attorney went wrong and helped me get things back on track. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and knows what he's doing. He was patient, honest, and made sure I understood my situation versus the ramifications of following my first lawyer. Thanks to his help, everything worked out so much better than I expected. I’m incredibly thankful I found him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer they can actually trust. Seriously, call him. You won't regret it.

The Most Professional and Knowledgeable Lawyer for Licensure

I am an IMG who is unsure if I can get a license to practice medicine in PA. I reached out to a dozen and more lawyers to explain my case, and it was only Atty. Wesley Rish who replied to me with great confidence from the very beginning that he will be able to help me obtain an unrestricted physician... and surgeon license. His vast knowledge with the Board of Medicine policies and bylaws is second to none. I think he is the only one with this kind of experience and knowledge regarding licensure process. I would recommend him to anyone having issues or concerns with their medical license. His asset is not just his experience, but also his entire personality. He is very professional and at the same time very approachable. He is always available, very responsive and would reply to my emails very promptly. He would explain all the details that I need to know and anticipate down the road. He provided me reassurance in times of doubts. He wrote a support letter for my case, which I believed made my application stronger. I wouldn't have gotten my license this quickly and smoothly if not for his assistance. Imagine, I got my license in less than a month. And to top of it all, his excellent service did not break the bank. His professional fee is very fair. He even informed me that he will refund the balance from the retainer fee because of the less hours that he worked on my case. I really believe that God sent him to me to help me in this purpose and calling. So if anyone here needs help, do not hesitate and contact him asap. You will be in the perfect hands. God bless you, Atty. Wesley Rish! All the best!

Medical license defense

Mr. Rish is everything you look for in a lawyer, confidante, and human being. He knows the system inside and out with regards to the medical licensing board and physician monitoring programs, and lays out all avenues and possible outcomes so you know what to expect. He responds promptly to any questi...ons, and always listens with compassion whether he can help with legal advice or lend an ear for consolation through challenging times. In my situation, I was reported to the medical board after seeking treatment for my mental health, and referred for participation in my state’s physicians health program. Mr. Rish carefully explained that in my situation, complying with their request without filing for an appeal was the only sure fire way to ensure that I could keep my license and career intact, as appealing would cause me to lose the option to participate “voluntarily” and would send me down the legal disciplinary route with no point of return. Although he would have made more money to advise me to decline “voluntary” participation and take my chances in court, he cared more for my best interests and explained that there is never a guarantee of winning in court and the stakes for a physician license are incredibly high, unlike with the nursing board where they are allowed to appeal without the same risks. Although I wish that the system in place for physicians gave the option for appeal without risking lifetime career consequences as this seemed unfair and coercive to me, I appreciated how much Mr. Rish emphasized and explained the enormous risk and almost pleaded with me to take the safe route because I had a long career ahead of me. I was at a point that I was so distraught that I could not see that as difficult as it was to concede now, this could all be a distant memory in the future, and if it weren’t for Mr. Rish patiently helping clear away the distress and anger clouding my judgement, there’s a good chance I could be facing those lasting consequences. The path has still been difficult jumping through all the hoops and red tape to regain my career, but Mr. Rish continued to walk me through the process and advise me on my contract, making sure I was informed each step of the way. He has a genuinely kind heart and does his job because he is passionate about using his skills and expertise to make others’ lives better. I have nothing but respect for Mr. Rish and strive to be like him in my own career in his genuine care, compassion, empathy, and dedication. I believe this, along with his extensive knowledge base, sets him apart from all the other lawyers that I had consulted with. You will be in good and capable hands with Mr. Rish and I’m confident his honesty and expertise will get you the outcome that will always be in your best interest. I will always be grateful to him and hope to be able to pay it forward in helping others through difficult times the way he did for me.
