An Excellent Attorney

Wes was great and just what you hope an attorney should be. That is, honest, nonjudgmental, professional, friendly and very competent lawyer. He was able to negotiate an appropriate settlement while making it as painless as possible in a prompt manner. I HIGHLY recommend Wes for anyone who has to dea...l with the state regarding any license issues. I wish most attorneys were like him.

Exceptional Legal Support: AAVVO Review for Attorney Wesley Rish

I cannot emphasize enough how Wesley Rish's legal expertise and unwavering support transformed what could have been an overwhelming ordeal into a manageable process. Facing an unjust situation with a state department, I was fortunate to have Wesley by my side. Not only did he possess a comprehensive ...understanding of the law and procedures, but he also demonstrated unparalleled dedication by being available day and night to address my concerns. In the midst of a frightening experience, Wesley's calm demeanor provided reassurance and guidance every step of the way. He not only ensured that the matter was resolved seamlessly without any loose ends but also prioritized my well-being, helping me navigate through the situation with minimal anxiety. Moreover, his professionalism and proficiency were evident in every interaction, making his services worth every penny. Settling his invoice, I found his rates to be fair considering the exceptional level of support and assistance he provided. In addition to his legal prowess, Wesley's genuine care for his clients shines through. His courteous and friendly nature, as reflected in our correspondence, further underscores his commitment to client satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Wesley Rish to anyone seeking legal representation. He is not just an attorney but a true gentleman and scholar in the field. Should you ever require legal assistance in the future, look no further than Wesley Rish for unparalleled support and expertise.

The expert you want.

Wes represented me through an almost 5 year battle with a licensing board due to multiple complaints against my license and we came out with a win and all complaints dismissed without any action against my license. Wes was very quick to respond and attend to my questions by phone or email and was alw...ays preparing me for what to expect in the process, including testifying in court. Wes was an excellent attorney in the courtroom, preparing a good defense and showing his expertise and depth of experience and knowledge working with the state, the boards, and representing licensees. He really knows the ins and outs of it all and showing a high degree of professionalism through every point of the process. Wes is also down to earth and easy to talk to, taking the time to explain things in non-legal jargon. I had another attorney initially with this case who made many errors despite being a part of a large firm and I'm so glad I switched to Wes because his representation of me and my needs was excellent!

Highly Recommend

I was referred to Wesley Rish by a family member who not only knew him personally but also knew of his excellent reputation in the legal world. Wesley has many many years of experience in this world and he is respectful, kind and reassuring. He took all of my calls and questions very seriously. ... He also has a great sense of humor, which I really appreciated! I agree with all of the reviews below...he returned my calls and emails promptly, was available outside of normal working hours if I needed and kept me apprised of every step. He would also take initiative to move things along whenever they seemed to be stalling. My issue was resolved favorably. I am happy to pass along a high recommendation for Wesley!

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse Attorney Rish. He is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Attorney Rish is a zealous advocate for his clients and is able to use his extensive knowledge of administrative law and familiarity with the licensing and disciplinary process to obtain favorable results for his clients. Attorney Rish is also able to help licensees who are in the appeal phase as he is an expert in navigating the appellate process and is no stranger to the Commonwealth Court. There is no question in my mind that Attorney Rish a great choice for anyone with licensing or disciplinary issues. Not only does he fight hard for the best possible outcome, he also listens to his clients and keeps them updated with the status of their case, which is often hard to find but so very important to each and every client who is putting their professional future into the hands of an attorney."
