Saved me from horrible advice given by last attorney

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Rish. I came to him after getting some really bad advice from another attorney, and I was feeling completely lost and frustrated. From the start, Rish took the time to really listen, go through everything carefully, and explain what my options actually we...re. He immediately caught where the previous attorney went wrong and helped me get things back on track. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and knows what he's doing. He was patient, honest, and made sure I understood my situation versus the ramifications of following my first lawyer. Thanks to his help, everything worked out so much better than I expected. I’m incredibly thankful I found him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer they can actually trust. Seriously, call him. You won't regret it.

Highly Suggest!

I cannot speak any higher of the services that Mr. Rish provided for me for a State Board of Nursing issue. Very professional, honest, reliable and non-judgmental. He answered my numerous questions/emails immediately, his support was unwavering and timely for every concern. I would strongly recommend... his services for any licensed professional in need of assistance. My case worked out in my favor - and quickly- due to his persistence and support. I can’t thank him enough!

Top notch!

From the first time I picked up the phone to make that what I thought would be the most uncomfortable and scariest phone call I’d ever have to make, Attorney Rish treated me with compassion and dignity. By the time I hung up it was clear I dialed the the right attorney’s number. Mr. Rish was very pro...fessional, compassionate and dedicated from day one. He demonstrated his expert ability to present truth and consequence in my case, and I’m forever grateful for the outcome I received. Mr. Rish was able to prove to the Board my situation being an isolated case and that disciplinary action was not necessary, producing a positive result from the board of nursing. If you are reading this review, don’t hesitate to call, you’ll be glad you did!

The expert you want.

Wes represented me through an almost 5 year battle with a licensing board due to multiple complaints against my license and we came out with a win and all complaints dismissed without any action against my license. Wes was very quick to respond and attend to my questions by phone or email and was alw...ays preparing me for what to expect in the process, including testifying in court. Wes was an excellent attorney in the courtroom, preparing a good defense and showing his expertise and depth of experience and knowledge working with the state, the boards, and representing licensees. He really knows the ins and outs of it all and showing a high degree of professionalism through every point of the process. Wes is also down to earth and easy to talk to, taking the time to explain things in non-legal jargon. I had another attorney initially with this case who made many errors despite being a part of a large firm and I'm so glad I switched to Wes because his representation of me and my needs was excellent!

Outstanding Experience

I sought Attorney Rish for consultation. He responded within 1 hour via email with detailed information he took my call that same day and answered all of my questions. Upon his advice the legal matter I was faced with has completely resolved with a favorable outcome. This is a man who exemplifies... trustworthiness, high professional ethics, and shows respect and care for those who need consultation or representation. This is the one and only stop if one is facing a licensing board/PHMP situation. Thank you Attorney Rish.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse Attorney Rish. He is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Attorney Rish is a zealous advocate for his clients and is able to use his extensive knowledge of administrative law and familiarity with the licensing and disciplinary process to obtain favorable results for his clients. Attorney Rish is also able to help licensees who are in the appeal phase as he is an expert in navigating the appellate process and is no stranger to the Commonwealth Court. There is no question in my mind that Attorney Rish a great choice for anyone with licensing or disciplinary issues. Not only does he fight hard for the best possible outcome, he also listens to his clients and keeps them updated with the status of their case, which is often hard to find but so very important to each and every client who is putting their professional future into the hands of an attorney."
