One that actually cares

I contacted him because I felt there was no hope to continue working as a nurse with my charges. Child endangerment. It was an absolute bs charge. But as a nurse I felt my career was over. I contacted him to help me figure out how I go about turning my license in. He would nearly plead with me to not... give up and that there's no doubt someone would hire me. I was super skeptical but I listened. It's been 2 years now and I was hired at 2 facilities and 1 waiting until im officially off probation. I am so grateful for him continuing to contact me and not just letting me fall thru the cracks cus I ignored a few emails here and there cus like I said I thought there was no hope. Because of this, my fiance is able to finally come to America after 3 years of trying. I was able to buy a house. I am able to support my children after the government stole thousands from us claiming it was in the best interest of the children. Again, thank you for helping me and my family.

Thank You

Attorney Rish treated me with dignity and respect. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He helped me navigate my VRP case as an Allied Health Professional. I truthfully can not recommend him enough.

Phenomenal Attorney

Wes is a phenomenal attorney. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help while dealing with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Comission. He was kind, patient, and always quick to respond. He continually eased my mind through a nerve wracking experience and we got the exact results we wanted. If you are ...ever in need of a license defense attorney, look no further. Wes is tremendous and I could not be happier with his services. 10/10!

The expert you want.

Wes represented me through an almost 5 year battle with a licensing board due to multiple complaints against my license and we came out with a win and all complaints dismissed without any action against my license. Wes was very quick to respond and attend to my questions by phone or email and was alw...ays preparing me for what to expect in the process, including testifying in court. Wes was an excellent attorney in the courtroom, preparing a good defense and showing his expertise and depth of experience and knowledge working with the state, the boards, and representing licensees. He really knows the ins and outs of it all and showing a high degree of professionalism through every point of the process. Wes is also down to earth and easy to talk to, taking the time to explain things in non-legal jargon. I had another attorney initially with this case who made many errors despite being a part of a large firm and I'm so glad I switched to Wes because his representation of me and my needs was excellent!

Pleased with Result

I have never had to use an attorney before for any disciplinary action in my career. When I was told that I needed one, I immediately was shocked, confused and scared. After a couple of weeks searching for a reliable attorney. I came across Attorney Rish's profile. As I desperately explained why and ...how I needed his help, he took my case and assured me that everything will be fine. Mr. Rish is well versed in administrative law, and I received fast results. Mr Rish has exhibited patience, and kindness. He answered the phone every time I called and he even responded to my emails in a timely fashion. He worked hard to get me fair results and I could not be more pleased. He and his wife was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I endorse Attorney Rish. He is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Attorney Rish is a zealous advocate for his clients and is able to use his extensive knowledge of administrative law and familiarity with the licensing and disciplinary process to obtain favorable results for his clients. Attorney Rish is also able to help licensees who are in the appeal phase as he is an expert in navigating the appellate process and is no stranger to the Commonwealth Court. There is no question in my mind that Attorney Rish a great choice for anyone with licensing or disciplinary issues. Not only does he fight hard for the best possible outcome, he also listens to his clients and keeps them updated with the status of their case, which is often hard to find but so very important to each and every client who is putting their professional future into the hands of an attorney."
