Steve was great from start to finish. We were looking ahead for our families future and knew we had to call Steve. Steve broke everything down in plain terms, which helped me and wife decide which way to go. I would recommend Steve to any family or friend looking for an elder law attorney or someone ...

Sadly this attorney wasted so much of my time During our consultation he promised to give me 3 hours of paid legal help and then he disappeared. This was certainly unethical and unprofessional and I do not recommend this attorney unless you wish to waste a lot of time and energy trusting him.
Thanks for the review! Unfortunately, this anonymous reviewer was not a client of our law office but rather a free consultation offered during the pandemic. After I listened carefully to the details, I declined to represent them upon my own further independent review of their docket. Understandably, this decision made the person upset and led them to continually ask for reconsideration even though my reasons were made clear as to why I couldn't represent them. I have no clue why they stated I "promised" representation because my office has a strict policy of requiring signed, detailed engagement agreements in order to act as their attorney. Thus, no such “promises” of any type of legal representation were made and no money was ever accepted by the office for the consult or otherwise. Regardless, I respect this person's right to review and hope they can find the sort of representation they are seeking.

Mr. Miller's help and service were very professional and much needed. Having financial, personal, and medical issues resolved for the future is a relief to us and a reassurance to our heirs and loved ones.

Steve did a great job of helping us with our estate planning. He gave us options and explained how each one would fit our situation. Once we decided how we wanted our estate set up, he was quick to follow up and get things in place. Absolutely great at what he does and is now an important advisor ...
Thanks for the review and being such great clients!
