MAN!!! I don't know where to start with this... I went to 3 other attorneys and explained to them what I was going through for a high profile PSU hazing case. I was on T.V and this was really serious. The other attorneys didn't believe me and was already talking about taking a PLEA. I was a broke stu...dent that just graduated and I had my degree taken away and was expelled from PSU the last week of my college experience. "CRAZY" I know... When I walked in to Phil's office he told me listen you can not afford me but just meeting you here and now I not only believe you I want to represent you and we can do a payment plan for the money its not a big deal. They say "the truth shall set you free" They need to rephrase the saying to "The truth or Philip Masorti shall set you free" I was found NOT GUILTY by the jury and Phil is getting my record expunged. THERE is not enough STARS to give him he is definitely someone who you NEED if you are facing any type of charges. I GAVE HIM THE BIGGEST HUG after because it was like I gained not only a lawyer but a friend in the process I cried in the end I was a free man.

SEXUAL ASSAULT case... These types of cases are extremely life changing and scary if I may say. I was terrified about the allegations PFA ordered against me firearms were taken by the Sheriffs, people coming to my home my job total embarrassment. I could even admit to having crazy thoughts of my life... coming to an because of the possibility of me losing EVERYTHING I worked hard for including my family. Philip calmed me down when I reached out to him he called me with in minutes of leaving a voicemail the next day I told him I was afraid and the police showed at my home he cancelled everything we meet at his office he devised a plan and had a private investigator come and speak with me. He is very comforting and does everything with methodical precision I trust Phil with my life and I don't think anyone else is as high energy and dedicated that is why when it comes to the AREA of state college I wouldn't chose ANY OTHER attorney because he is simply the BEST!!! I've hired PHIL before and we went all the way to trial and won he is reasonable and dedicated.
