Client was charged with operating a golf cart on PA Fish and Game property while under the influence of alcohol. Client was stopped with several passengers on board and was holding a can of beer. ... Client exhibited signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests. Client was taken for blood and refused. After a I did a thorough investigation that included a scene review, photographs, interviewing witnesses, and research on the relevant case law, I developed a record at the preliminary hearing that allowed for a later plea to one count of parking on PA Game Commission land in exchange for a $25 fine.
