OUTCOME: Reduced to $25 dollar fine. All other charges dismissed

Client was charged with operating a golf cart on PA Fish and Game property while under the influence of alcohol. Client was stopped with several passengers on board and was holding a can of beer. ... Client exhibited signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests. Client was taken for blood and refused. After a I did a thorough investigation that included a scene review, photographs, interviewing witnesses, and research on the relevant case law, I developed a record at the preliminary hearing that allowed for a later plea to one count of parking on PA Game Commission land in exchange for a $25 fine. Client charged with burglary; alleged to have stolen a large safe in broad daylight with a co-defendant. Safe contents were estimated at over $22,000 including cash, jewelry, and civil war artifacts. ... Co-defendant agreed to cooperate with the Prosecution and testified against client at both the Preliminary Hearing and the Jury Trial. Through my effective cross-examination the cooperating witness was impeached and the jury deliberated a short while before returning a verdict of Not Guilty on all counts.

Client was charged with multiple felony and misdemeanor counts of vehicular homicide and related charges while travelling over the speed limit, attempting to pass vehicle turning left on the right side ... berm, striking the vehicle from behind, and killing 2 occupants and seriously injuring 3rd. After a 5 day jury trial involving accident reconstructionists, engineers, human factors experts, and injury experts client was acquitted of all felony and misdemeanor counts.
