SEXUAL ASSAULT case... These types of cases are extremely life changing and scary if I may say. I was terrified about the allegations PFA ordered against me firearms were taken by the Sheriffs, people coming to my home my job total embarrassment. I could even admit to having crazy thoughts of my life... coming to an because of the possibility of me losing EVERYTHING I worked hard for including my family. Philip calmed me down when I reached out to him he called me with in minutes of leaving a voicemail the next day I told him I was afraid and the police showed at my home he cancelled everything we meet at his office he devised a plan and had a private investigator come and speak with me. He is very comforting and does everything with methodical precision I trust Phil with my life and I don't think anyone else is as high energy and dedicated that is why when it comes to the AREA of state college I wouldn't chose ANY OTHER attorney because he is simply the BEST!!! I've hired PHIL before and we went all the way to trial and won he is reasonable and dedicated.

Phil Masorti fraudulently represented my case before the honorable court of Centre County. Before, during, and after the time they motioned to sever as counsel they had regular phone and email contact and yet told the judge, on record, at the hearing for the motion to sever as counsel, they hadn'...t heard from me in months and had no way to get in contact with me severely damaging my credibility with the judge, resulting in my bail getting revoked. To repeat, Phil Masorti and his associates lied to the Centre County Court and I've produced several emails showing that they had regular contact with me in December 2013, January, February 2014 despite their false statements to the contrary. I've filed a complaint with the PA disciplinary board for them to review the matter.

My family, and I especially, are thoroughly pleased with the representation my husband from attorney Masorti; we feel he is more than competent, and a very effective counselor. Masorti has proven himself to be knowledgeable of c...riminal law, but it did not stop there, he also made it apparent (in preparation of motions, and in deliberation) that he familiarizes himself with cases which were litigated successfully and support the law; there by enabling him to use every avenue, loop hole, and tactic possible to arrive at a favorable verdict. In communication it felt as though the case was never far from his mind as he always remembered the last conversation we had, the case facts, and its progression; he was always willing to discuss the particulars as well as new developments of the case, if any, with my husband, or I. If there were anything in regards to the case that we felt was particularly important, Philip or his staff paid it almost immediate attention once made aware of our concern. Getting in contact with Philip was seldom difficult as we were given his personal cell in addition to his office phone number. On a number of occasions he answered my call while in route from one case to another case, and when he knew that correspondence with me (regarding the findings at my husband’s hearing) was particularly important to me Attorney Masorti has even stepped out of the court room to take my call. If our attorney was unreachable by either our ways of communication phone calls were returned promptly, we were never left hanging. In my humble opinion Philip Masorti is a caring person… a father, a husband, a human being before he is a lawyer, and we were treated that way. Our case was not just a dollar amount to him, or a file on his desk he genuinely wanted us to have good results and was willing to fight tooth and nail to get it. He did not throw in the towel when the opposition refused to bend; rather, turned up the heat and applied more pressure. It certainly was our pleasure to have him in our corner as our legal counsel, and we would definitely recommend Philip Masorti to the masses.

Mr. Philip Masorti is a dynamic, bright and trustworthy attorney! He represented my nephew in an exemplary manner and provided outstanding representation in and out of the courtroom.
