Philip M. Masorti

A lifesaver may seem to be a strong word, but it is not when you are facing a felony record for life any potential jailtime. When facing a serious case which could have resulted in a felony record, out of talking to at least 10 lawyers, Mr. Masorti stood out the most. Out of multiple charges that would have made me a felon, Mr. Masorti was able to get everything downgraded to one single misdemeanor charge, that after one year of the ARD program (pre-trial invertion, probation) that only required a court check in online once a month, would get expunged. Phil is a wonderful attorney, a friend, and overall person. During my case, he made sure that I knew what was going on with every step. Early this year, for the first time ever, our family was in need of an attorney. MAN!!! I don't know where to start with this... I went to 3 other attorneys and explained to them what I was going through for a high profile PSU hazing case. I was on T.V and this was really serious. The other attorneys didn't believe me and was already talking about taking a PLEA.
