I would definitely recommend Philip Masorti to the masses.

My family, and I especially, are thoroughly pleased with the representation my husband from attorney Masorti; we feel he is more than competent, and a very effective counselor. Masorti has proven himself to be knowledgeable of c...riminal law, but it did not stop there, he also made it apparent (in preparation of motions, and in deliberation) that he familiarizes himself with cases which were litigated successfully and support the law; there by enabling him to use every avenue, loop hole, and tactic possible to arrive at a favorable verdict. In communication it felt as though the case was never far from his mind as he always remembered the last conversation we had, the case facts, and its progression; he was always willing to discuss the particulars as well as new developments of the case, if any, with my husband, or I. If there were anything in regards to the case that we felt was particularly important, Philip or his staff paid it almost immediate attention once made aware of our concern. Getting in contact with Philip was seldom difficult as we were given his personal cell in addition to his office phone number. On a number of occasions he answered my call while in route from one case to another case, and when he knew that correspondence with me (regarding the findings at my husband’s hearing) was particularly important to me Attorney Masorti has even stepped out of the court room to take my call. If our attorney was unreachable by either our ways of communication phone calls were returned promptly, we were never left hanging. In my humble opinion Philip Masorti is a caring person… a father, a husband, a human being before he is a lawyer, and we were treated that way. Our case was not just a dollar amount to him, or a file on his desk he genuinely wanted us to have good results and was willing to fight tooth and nail to get it. He did not throw in the towel when the opposition refused to bend; rather, turned up the heat and applied more pressure. It certainly was our pleasure to have him in our corner as our legal counsel, and we would definitely recommend Philip Masorti to the masses.

DUI suppression win

September of 2014 I was pulled over by a local officer stating that I may have been going too fast and then the officer attempted to arrest me for DUI. At this time I knew there was something up with you arrest because when I ask the officer if he was using vass car to time me he stated no and starte...d coming up with other reasons that he would have stopped me. So with the advice of some friends they referred me two Philip Masorti. Celtic on my case and went directly at it with everything he had within the first few minutes of talking to him I started to feel pretty confident that we would win this case form his confidence and experience level that he's had spoke of. The time and dedication that he had put into my case even though I knew he had bigger cases going on and my case may not have been the biggest case you he had he still treated it as it was a big case and that it was a priority to him through the constant updating and information and you give me about what he was doing and planned on doing. On November 2014 we went to our first trial in the last minute he local da at a red light violation . In the officers arrest affidavit he had stated that I went through a yellow light phil at this point and said we got them. So finally the day came from my suppression hearing interested in watching still do what he does best was amazing the man far from me in my rights like I would have been a family member of his he didn't stop he didn't back down for anything that was right. And from the time I got to know phil throughout this I got to learn that he truly cares about his community and the people in it and that he will fight for these people even if they are writing or if they're wrong he believes it was raining the justice system and he will fight for it no matter what. At the beginning of July I had found out that the evidence in my case have been suppressed in that we had won. I would recommend Philip Masorti to any person needing help with the justice system he is the right man to do it in the right man to help anybody in need.

A Legal Pugelist

My name is Daniel, I retained Phil for a criminal matter in Centre County Pennsylvania - no doubt one of the most difficult jurisdictions to try a case, since the entire judiciary is "Pro-Prosecution" ( that is to say the entire panel of jurists favor the prosecution over the defense in the matters t...hat they adjudicate). An Attorney would have to be a legal juggernaut to even represent a client successfully in such an unfavorable milieu. Enter Philip Masorti, Esquire. When I retained Philip Masorti I was facing a strong 4 to 8 years in a State Correctional Institution, and being represented by a reprobate Public Defender, who, without having done any legal research on my case suggested that I accept the first Plea Offer made by the Assistant District Attorney of 2 1/2 to 5 years in an SCI. Upon meeting Phil I was impressed with two things immediately: the Confidence he exuded ( a type of confidence that only comes from the "knowing" and "successful practice" of the legal profession), and, his Preparedness ( having been retained only an hour prior to our first conference, he demonstrated a keen since of familiarity with the surrounding facts of my case, and presented me with a list of case law that would give us the framework of our defense going forward). He found and presented even more defenses as I recounted the events surrounding my arrest and incarceration. I found him to be Professional, Engaging, Contemplative, and Formidable. At Pre-Trial Hearings, where the examination of witnesses were necessary, he was suitably aggressive and respectful in his examinations, and traversed the proverbial labyrinth of cross-examination with a skill that had the Assistant District Attorney prosecuting my case looking several times as if he'd been struck. He displayed an uncharacteristic skill in extracting information from the witnesses that the witnesses did not intend to reveal, and too left them looking as if they also had been struck. In the two weeks following the Pre-Trial Hearing and cross-examination of State Police Officers the Assistant District Attorney made, not one, but TWO Plea Offers, both, considerably less that the one that my previous representation suggested that I accept, and one lower than the other. Today, I am back at home with my family, back at work, and very much thankful, and impressed with the representation of Philip M. Masorti, Esquire. The result obtained in my case was not easily come by, and it is only a skilled, knowledgeable, tactful, and fearless Attorney who can gain such a result for a client, and in Philip Masorti,Esquire I found that quality. The quality of a Fighter...a legal pugilist.

Philip M. Mosorti was great to work with.

I hired Philip Masorti for an issue with the PA Game Commission. He didn't just sit in an office and talk to people...he went to the location in the woods and walked the area, interviewed all of the parties involved and had a good preparation when it came time for the hearing. His defense was very ...direct and broad in scope. I have never had to deal with any of legal defense issues in my life and was very glad that I had Philip and his team on my side to help guide me through this process. The state even sent a DA and Philip handled the situation very well and won the case. I would highly recommend using Mr. Masorti to anyone looking for a well prepared attorney to defend them.

"Philip Masorti is a hard working lawyer. He strives to do the best for his clients. I recently worked with him as co-counsel on a difficult Aggravated Assault While DUI case. The dedication he showed to his client to defend her against very serious charges as well as how he constantly kept his client informed was very impressive and I am not easily impressed. I would definitely work with him again in the future because he cares for his clients and works very hard for them."
