I sought out Philip on the basis of word-of-mouth from others when my son was involved in an altercation in which he had to physically defend himself. Philip carefully listened to our story, asked my son some very pointed questions about the circumstances of the altercation, took a few minutes to thi...nk about the case and then told us his view of what he heard from us. It was clearly a case of self-defense but stuff like this is never cut and dried. Philip laid out his ideas for the case and based on his response I hired him right there. Philip gathered information from all the parties that were present at the time of the incident, took photographs of the scene and my son's injuries and proceeded to make his case.
