I hired Deanna for a special case, a Mechanic's Lien that was filed against my business partner, my husband, and myself by a contractor. The contractor was attempting to indicate that we refused to pay his invoices, even though he completed the work. Deanna, through her skilled litigation technique...s, proved to the Court that the contractor could not ascertain what invoices, materials, and/or labor was paid for, and that we had a right to withhold payment since the contractor failed to conform to the terms of the contract. The case was initially dismissed against us, until the Contractor filed an appeal. Through her vigorous efforts, Deanna was able to get the appeal dismissed as well! We would absolutely hire Deanna again for all of our needs!
