Very helpful

Erin was amazing. This was my first ever time I needed a lawyer and she help me thru everything. She explained everything as it was going on. Also if I had a question she would get back to me very fast with the answers

Highly Recommend

I had the opportunity to be consulted by Erin and I was immediately blown away by not only her level of expertise but her level of empathy as well. It was very clear to me that she cares about people and was truly listening when I spoke. She was very confident and I was impressed by her magnitude... of knowledge and experience. Quit due to low settlement possibility and our expectation of the service provided and even polite communication.

Erin, and the website at large, offered an aggressive approach. After almost a year, I called her out on her approach. The response was laughable-she claimed she did things that we took care of ourselves. I communicated with clear questions, but did not receive clear answers. She released my case aft...er I requested the promised aggressive effort and basic business appropriate communication, not reponses that were vague, rambling, and avoided the questions. I was told we expected too much.

I am very sorry that you feel we disappointed you. I went to great lengths to try to satisfy your requests for information, including responding to emails on evenings and weekends to provide the fastest responses possible. You’re aware your case had many issues, and the withdrawal of representation had nothing to do with the merits of the case. This was communicated to you in writing twice. I withdrew because of your expressed dissatisfaction with the work being performed, even though I had advanced your case to the point where we were waiting for a response from the insurance carrier to a demand package. As I explained numerous times, one of the most important things in an attorney-client relationship is that the client trust the attorney so the client believes the actions being taken are correct. If a client expresses distrust in an attorney’s skill or approach, the relationship is not sustainable. The best case in the world can crumble if the client doesn’t trust her attorney. I certainly do not believe the work performed for you was in any way deficient, and the expertise my firm beought to the case is what got it beyond the initial phase where on paper it appeared completely lost.

Once she was handed the case, after almost 16 months of this case being in the hands of another attorney, she closed the case successfully, professionally and compassionately.
