My clients, Mr. Liptak & Mr. Amin, were sued by Baker Construction, wherein Baker Construction was trying to place a Mechanic's Lien against their property. I successfully argued that Baker Constructi ... on did not follow the Mechanic's Lien Statute, so their claim should be dismissed. Although Baker Construction appealed to the Superior Court, the Superior Court issued an Order agreeing that they failed to meet the requirements of the Mechanic's Lien Statute. Case was dismissed against Mr. Liptak and Mr. Amin.
