Ryan Kennedy Bonner

Attorney Ryan Bonner advised us multiple times during the sale of our commercial property. He is very good at his job and knows the law very well. He was always patient, kind and easy to understand. We signed a sales agreement in late December 2022, the buyer kept delaying the closing date they c...hose, our agent stopped working for us a few weeks after we signed the agreement. We needed Ryan! Examples of why we are grateful Ryan worked with us: -Buyer’s attorney wrote up paperwork to help the buyer and insisted all was good for us to agree to and sign. Ryan reviewed and noticed several issues, strongly advised us to not sign. -After buyer’s team stated their title company had a problem, Ryan on his own reached out to the title company he works with. His title company indicated there actually wasn’t a problem. -In advance of closing, Ryan clearly explained to buyer’s attorney our rejection of two inappropriate charges that were listed on the closing sheet. Buyer’s attorney still tried to put these charges thru, even at closing, but we were able to stand firm because we had Ryan backing us up. -Down to the wire and up to closing time, buyer’s team made multiple relevant changes. At the closing they still did not have all paperwork in order. Knowing Ryan was in our corner gave us the confidence to stand up for ourselves during this sea of chaos. -During all of the communications, Ryan maintained his professionalism and class, which was very refreshing. He was always calm and polite. His points were clear and concise. -They threw a lot of curveballs but not a single one was successful. Ryan Bonner deserves full credit. I am just a client, not a friend or relative, and I can honestly say that Ryan deserves 10 stars. 5 stars is not enough.
