Biography
I am originally from Pittsburgh, but I have been living in Johnstown for 30 years. Our firm is a general practice, but my focus is solely on the issues of family law. I handle complex divorce, custody, support and abuse cases with an emphasis on custody litigation. In October of 2014, I was granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers which recognizes significant achievement in family law and commitment to the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the field. Fellowship is by invitation only.

Replied last October 18, 2016Although we do not typically comment or respond to client reviews, I felt the need to do so in this case. First, our fees are always discussed at length during the initial consultation, so prospective clients are fully informed of our fees from the first meeting. We realize that it is difficult for many people to afford legal representation, so it is important to us that our client's receive good value for their. hard earned money. Second, contested custody litigation can be very expensive. As you know from your own experience, there is a significant amount of time and preparation involved. We strive to be very thorough and detail oriented. Third, I can assure you that we would never incur unnecessary fees in order to use up a client's retainer regardless of whether or not they chose to appeal a decision. We are careful to manage our client's costs as much as possible and we frequently have our experienced staff handle various tasks at lower hourly rates. We would be happy to discuss your concerns or answer any questions that you may have regarding our fees or representation. Thank you.

Randi is very knowledgeable and I agreed with 100% of what she advised should be done with my custody case. Although sometimes hard to get in touch with her. And the paralegal made some mistakes on my court documents. Overall excellent in what she does.
