John (Jack) Puškar is a exceptional perfectionist that takes every thing that I asked him as if that it happened to him personally as it did to me. Majority of the lawyers that I've had to deal with always wanted to seem understanding but, they weren't nearly as empathetic and compassionate as Jack h...as been. Even from the consult to court room, his demeanor never changed. The judge not only understood the dire situation I was in, but he could see the pain through Jack's exceptional explanations. His amazing capability to adapt quickly to questions that were being asked during cross examination left the opposing council almost unable to examine any of our witnesses because, his questions left little to no doubt in everyones mind that the witnesses he questioned provided tangible information that left little to non to be disputed. His closing argument was so exceptional that even if everything prior to the case was fumbled along the way, he still conveyed to the court that I deserved what I was requesting. I am forever grateful for his services as he helped me attrain what other attorneys simply couldn't. I'm forever greatful.

Jack was wonderful while handling my divorce. He asked many good probing questions but always explained first why he needed to ask, why the information was meaningful. He allowed me to choose the specific parts of the whole action that I needed representation for, and never pressured me to file addit...ional documents or actions that were not needed in my specific case. Jack took great pains to explain everything he was doing so I could question anything I didn't understand. He kept me informed throughout the relatively short process so I knew what was happening at any given time, and knew when to expect completion, barring any difficulties. Thankfully there were none. Compared to most lawyers I have dealt with in the past this felt more personal and less dramatic due to Jack's gentle handling of the entire process. I am grateful to have had him to guide me through a difficult and painful process, one that he handled with respect and that quiet calm one hopes for in a great lawyer.

I hired John to represent myself in my child custody case. He was very responsive, prompt with all meetings and correspondence, and displayed empathy for my situation throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable with the legal process, and continually presented alternative routes and opt...ions regarding the case. On a personal level, he seems to just be a heck of a nice guy.
