Custody Trial

John (Jack) Puškar is a exceptional perfectionist that takes every thing that I asked him as if that it happened to him personally as it did to me. Majority of the lawyers that I've had to deal with always wanted to seem understanding but, they weren't nearly as empathetic and compassionate as Jack h...as been. Even from the consult to court room, his demeanor never changed. The judge not only understood the dire situation I was in, but he could see the pain through Jack's exceptional explanations. His amazing capability to adapt quickly to questions that were being asked during cross examination left the opposing council almost unable to examine any of our witnesses because, his questions left little to no doubt in everyones mind that the witnesses he questioned provided tangible information that left little to non to be disputed. His closing argument was so exceptional that even if everything prior to the case was fumbled along the way, he still conveyed to the court that I deserved what I was requesting. I am forever grateful for his services as he helped me attrain what other attorneys simply couldn't. I'm forever greatful.

Great people

We have a complex child custody and adoption concerning are three granddaughters every question was answered very helpful very knowledgeable staff very reassuring to us and forward about what is going to go on and how things will occur highly recommend them

Not like the rest I’ve encountered

I can honestly say I’ve never met a lawyer as respectable or caring as Mr Puskar. He answered questions for free that any other lawyer would have charged for. He gave me advice, never once talked down to me and was unbelievable accommodating in response time and attention. He’s definitely become ...my lawyer for the future and I’ve had to use a few recently.

drawn out divorce

jack settled my divorce case quickly after spending 3 years with another attorney with no results and money spent. jack was professional, thorough, answered questions quickly and at times spent long hours preparing for the extremely stubborn opposition, I feel he treated me fairly and quickly had my... case closed.

Tenant / Landlord Dispute

He helped my wife and I out when we were in a bind with our landlord. He was knowledgeable on how to handle the issues and kept us informed on a daily basis. I would recommend him for any type of landlord issue.
