Brett Clancy was recommended and available at a time of immediate need for family interests. Throughout the process, even before he was officially under contract, he offered guidance and support, without guarantee of retainer. His demeanor and compassion were instrumental in our selection of his representation and expertise. He remains our “go to” expert during ongoing deliberations and advice.
We highly recommend him for anyone considering legal representation and personal support. If someone is “on the fence”, it is only because they have not yet worked with him.
Brett is a competent and easy to talk to professional. He does not talk over client's heads, but helps them understand key points to the legal process in my experience with him. I would highly recommend talking with Brett about your legal questions!
I am a transplant from the Midwest. I grew up in Bloomington, Illinois. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana where I played Division I baseball all four years. I attended and received my J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. I came to Washington, Pennsylvania in 2014 after practicing law in Chicago, Illinois for 10 years and in Evansville, Indian for 2 years before that. We currently reside in the house my wife grew up in with our 3 children. I pride myself in being an active member of my community. I currently serve as the President for Leadership Washington County () and the Mental Health Association of Washington County (). I am also an active board member for the Washington County Bar Association () and the Washington County Historical Society (). I also enjoy being active (both with and without the children although mostly with), running, golfing, coaching and reading.
