Six stars out of five! I simply cannot recommend Josephine Johnson highly enough as a custody and family attorney. I worked with Ms. Johnson for about 2 years. I initially sought her out for advice on how to essentially "prepare for battle" over child custody. Over the course of two years, not only ...did she give me advice and a REALISTIC expectation as to the outcomes and true costs of litigation, we were able to avoid litigation altogether! Ms. Johnson worked cordially and honorably with the other attorney (in the "small town" Washington environment) in the custody conference to seek a win-win solution for both parents, which included ZERO litigation. Ultimately, with the reassurance of our respective attorneys and the conference officer, we were referred to an effective co-parenting counselor to address most of our concerns (most of which we thought could only be solved with a custody battle). Things are better than ever now (not perfect, but amazing for split parents). Both mom and I have saved thousands of dollars and a lifetime of anxiety and conflict. Josephine always had my best interest in mind, and advised accordingly, allowing ME to make an educated decision as a loving father. She was both professional and personable--my two favorite attributes. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
