William James Remaley

Born in Springdale, PA in 1950, Mr. Remaley graduated from Penn State University in 1972 and obtained a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1977. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts and in all Social Security Courts throughout the United States. He began his legal career as a staff attorney working for the Administrative Law Judges at the Pittsburgh Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, where he received several awards for outstanding service to the public. William J. Remaley then joined Berger and Green as a pennsylvania Social Security Disability attorney, representing disabled people in Social Security Disability (SSD) claims and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims .

He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts and in all Social Security Courts throughout the United States

Mr. Remaley is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Social Security Practitioners Committee. Mr. Remaley is committed to ensuring that clients get the best results possible.
