Replied last March 21, 2014What this guy is saying is simply not true. My qualifications speak for themselves. I write a legal textbook on Pennsylvania DUI law. I speak at seminars around the State of Pennsylvania on DUI law. I am well respected in the legal community as evidenced by the almost 30 endorsements I have received by other attorneys. These are people who are willing to publically put their name, their picture, and their reputation on the line for me. I have a tremendous track record and the documentation to support it. The person posting this comment is angry about getting arrested. That’s not my fault. If this person wants to fully air his grievance, he should post his name along with the file from his case. That way, people can read the documents and make their own decision as to whether or not I did a good job. People would then be able to see for themselves if the experience I’ve gained from handling over 2,000 cases was put to good use. The review is so defamatory, I am going to pursue legal action. Then, this guy will have to publically defend his statements. Any person seeking representation should look at the reviews posted by the attorneys and review my background. They can rest assured that I’m an attorney who they can trust with their case.
