Biography
David M. Tkacik brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to your legal issues. Mr. Tkacik practiced real estate law at a boutique Pittsburgh real estate firm for over seven years before opening his own practice in 2017. Attorney Tkacik has taught courses to attorneys on landlord tenant and title law in Pennsylvania. Prior to that he had clerked for a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Tkacik is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker and title agent. Mr. Tkacik obtained a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008, where he was awarded the Murray S. Love award for trial advocacy.

A efficient real estate attorney
I hired Attorney David in 2019 to reduce my property tax. I contacted him with emails and he handled the whole process and kept me up to date. He saved a lot of my time and effort and the fee is reasonable. I am very satisfied with the results.
