Biography
David M. Tkacik brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to your legal issues. Mr. Tkacik practiced real estate law at a boutique Pittsburgh real estate firm for over seven years before opening his own practice in 2017. Attorney Tkacik has taught courses to attorneys on landlord tenant and title law in Pennsylvania. Prior to that he had clerked for a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Tkacik is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker and title agent. Mr. Tkacik obtained a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008, where he was awarded the Murray S. Love award for trial advocacy.

Assessment appeal expert
This was the 2nd time I used him during an assessment appeal and both times he submitted the best possible evidence as to why they should lower it and both times it was a success. I would highly recommended him and will definitely be passing his name around!!!

A efficient real estate attorney
