Attorney Cyr, the absolute first choice!

I had the great privilege of having Attorney Mike Cyr handle my DWI case. He definitely knows his way around this "arena" and was a true professional from start to finish. Awesome, helpful, and effective

Mike was able to get my citation dismissed very quickly. He was very nice and understanding and even helped get my girlfriend out of the same situation without any extra charges.

Mike Cyr was excellent!

I am an out of state driver was pulled over and given two tickets. I was facing several hundred dollars in fines and several points. Mike knew exactly what I was facing and how best to proceed. He appeared on my behalf and successfully negotiated with the District Attorney to allow me to participa...te in an on-line drivers safety program (not normally granted to non-state residents). He also made sure that I knew exactly how to submit the evidence of my completed course so that there were no delays. Everything was satisfied and the courts agreed to dismiss both of my tickets. Mike even did the follow up with the courts to confirm everything had worked out as planned. He was calm and comforting, clear and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with how Mike represented me. Worth every penny of his fee!

DWI Lawyer

Mr. Cyr recently represented me in regard to a DWI charge and an associated traffic ticket. I first read the client reviews which were all positive and then made the decision to have him represent me. I was not disappointed in the least. He truly knows his business and kept me informed of the proc...esses involved in this type of case. He assured me he would do his utmost to prevent me from enduring three years of probation which he did accomplish. Also, he was able to tactfully persuade the judge to waive the IID fees as well as keep my fines as low as permitted. Mr. Cyr was easy to reach by phone and if he wasn't available, he always called me back as soon as possible--usually the same day. He patiently answered all my questions (and there were many). After our final court appearance with the Judge, Mr. Cyr summarized in writing what I needed to do and what I should avoid doing. His concern for his clients is commendable. In closing, I would highly recommend Mr. Cyr if you find yourself with an alcohol related offense. I seriously doubt you will be disappointed with his professional assistance.

My arrest for DWI

Let me tell you about Michael Cyr. What I am going to say is true and I will give you my email address if you want to contact me ([email protected]) What I am going to say is forthright and true. He saved my ass. Let me explain. I am not asking for your forgiveness or indulgences, or your pity ov...er my arrest, it was quite physical with my hands cuffed behind my back, in my opinion there was little probable cause to pull me over. But, I blew a .11. I was free and clear of any crimes for half of a century. I was charged with a misdemeanor. Lost my drivers license, could have lost my State issued professional license as I am licensed by the State, lost my freedom, and unable to make a living eventually in a year or so lost my house without any way to make ends meet by not being able to do my profession which requires driving, not commercial driving but in some ways the equivalent. With me its a car. The law is very serious about this, you can stab someone and claim self defense and walk away, but with this crime there may be no light escape unless you have an excellent lawyer such as Michael Cyr. The guy is incredible with this type of crime. He is well versed with the local players and a good advisor of the process which can be very sad. For me, he got the lowest punishment allowable in New York State. He saved my business, my freedom, and my life. I still exist thanks to him. God bless Mike Cry.
