Matthew Borowski

Mr. Borowski was very helpful with my petition for permanent residency based on my marriage to a US citizen. He was very understanding and cooperative when it came to payment options that I could afford and handle at the time when I was filing. I have been in financial difficulty and Mr. Borowski not... only accommodated various payment methods and times that were best for me, he also helped with the photos, money order, and mailing everything. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the process smooth and I didn't have to worry about filling out all those forms all by myself.

When I was arrested by customs officers and detained, my wife called Mr. Borowski. He came and saw me at the jail on short notice and was able to get me a low bond and get me released later that week, safely back home to Canada. It took about six months for my final court date, and I honestly was sca...red but Mr. Borowski worked out to an amazing resolution for my charges... (just a small fine, no jail, no criminal record. I'm glad for him getting the more serious charge (narcotics possession) dropped. Mr. Borowski always returned our calls, kept us in the loop and did an amazing job. He's not as cheap as some other lawyers but you get what you pay for. We will hopefully never need his services again but I would recommend him to anyone with a criminal/border or immigration issue. He worked wonders for me.

I had to take the time out my busy schedule to write an review on the Matthew Borowski. I don’t know where to start with the amount of help and support he has given me. My husband was sent to ICE Detention center in Batavia NY, hours away from my home, with no family nor friends close to the facilit...y. I was so worried about the outcome of my husband case. Matthew took on the case and did an excellent job on the bail hearing, which allowed my husband to return home while he’s still fighting the case. Once my husband was released Matthew took it upon himself to make sure my husband completed all necessary paperwork before leaving Batavia NY. I was so worried that my husband wouldn’t have any money or shelter for the one night stay in Batavia , but then again, Matthew helped with obtaining the money ,to assist my husband with a safe place to stay for the night. Matthew went above and beyond to assist us with making sure everything went ok . I can't even explain in words how helpful Matthew Borowski was in this difficult time. My brother was being detained in Buffalo and was about to be deported. We did not know what to do. Some of the lawyers we talked to wanted lots of money and said my brother's case would be very difficult to win. But one of the other people in the jail recommended Matthew to my brother so we called hi...m. He knew exactly what to do and was able to get my brother's criminal conviction overturned and got the entire immigration case dismissed. It took about six weeks but my brother got released and Matthew met him at the jail then drove him to the airport and sent him home! We were so happy! We will be calling Matthew in a few years to get my brother his citizenship!!
