Matthew was instrumental in dealing with some issues that were presented by US Immigration to my attention. At one time I was married to a USA Citizen, which I had a son born with. i lived in the USA and was issued a Green Card, which was issued in my name as a US Resident. we divorced after ...11 years of marriage together and I subsequently moved back to Canada, where I had lived for the most of life. I still traveled to the US for business and to see my son over the years and at one point while entering the US, Immigration seized my green card, due to me no longer officially residing in the USA , due to the fact that you must reside as a green card holder, at 60% of the time, which I did not. This is when the legal aspect of this came into play. I will not get into this detail for this review. at this point I hired Matthew and his team to represent me in this legal proceeding, Mathew and his team explained to me the process in detail on what action had to take place. my objective was to still retain access to the USA for business and to see my son at any given time. Matthew explained to me the approach he would take with immigration, to insure I would still have my cross border access in tact. To summarize the outcome in this proceeding: Mathew and his team were diligent in communication with me through out the entire process. He was present for all court appearances. He presented our case to US Immigration and was able to convince Immigration to retain my green car status, which no restrictions or penalties imposed. Thanks to Matthew and his team, my status as it goers, has not changed since losing my green card. First, let me point out that what started out as a nightmare immigration situation for me quickly turned into a manageable experience. If anyone needs an immigration lawyer, well Mr matthew browoski is the man for that, period. He knows what he's doing. My fiancee was detained by ICE And she wanted to file for an asylum. I called and went to different lawyers Plus I spent so much money just to speak to them about my fiancee's situat...ion. Some of them didn't wanna take her case and the rest wanted so much money up front. they were telling me that her case was so hard and there is a chance that she will get deported...
