Do yourself a favor and do not hire this woman, she will take your money and run. You won't hear from her and years will go by and your case will be on going. She is full of excuses and lies, bills for everytime you try to reach her even though 90% of the time she does not respond. 3 years in still n...ot divorced and nickeled and dimed to death. Find someone else the good reviews are false!

These good reviews are all her friends trying to burying her bad reviews. Two years and 5700 dollars in and still not divorced. She bills you for every single time you try to contact her even though she doesn't respond. She's got an excuse for everything and is always on "vacation" yep with your mone...y she isn't working for!!!

First- It is nice to know that Ms. Monte will respond to a Google review rather than respond to her paying clients. I have spent $7500 in three years and nothing has changed. We now face trial and she wants an additional $5000. After many attorney only conferences which they are probably talking abo...ut where to go golfing next, I have NEVER heard from her about how my case is going. I literally just received a phone call a month ago stating that it was going to trial and she needs an additional $5000. Second- Ms. Monte is constantly going on vacation. It is extremely hard to get ahold of her and what is most frustrating is when you send her a text and she doesn't respond, she still triple charges you even though she hasn't responded. Third- She claims that she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. Not only is that statement false but it is grossly misleading. She has not once cares about my situation or the well being of my child, if she did my court case would be wrapped up by now. Grand total: 12,500.00 for absolutely nothing! Nothing has changed in my court case in three years!!!! The visitation is still the same. We now face the anxiety of trial and leaving it up to a complete total stranger to see what is the best interest of the child based on he said/she said. She is the ultimate fraud!

She has been working on my divorce for two years and has gotten nothing done. There is no parental agreement, no financial separation, no divorce. She has said she’d have things done, documents finalized, etc and months go by with nothing. She feigns sickness stating she has health issues, she goe...s on vacation and takes a week to respond. I hired another lawyer and will not respond to her. She doesn’t even communicate with the children’s law guardian. I really like how she posts all this father stuff and what in the best interest of the children stuff on her Facebook page but honestly could care less.

I had very high hopes after my first meeting with Ms. Monte. She was recommended by a friend, and was professional, encouraging, and really seemed to care. She developed a plan immediately, and I decided to hire her 2 weeks later and paid the retainer. Once she had my money, getting ahold of her was ...nearly impossible. After 3 months of waiting and her apologizing for delays but making no action, I got rid of her and requested my retainer fee be returned to me. My new lawyer got done in 1 month what she couldn't do in over 3.
