Elaina Marie Monte

I hate the fact that we had to hire an attorney- child custody/child support has been the most stressful thing as a parent. The only positive thing about court is having someone as strong willed, caring and ad dedicated as Elaina. She sees everything for what it's worth, gives you advice even if it's... not always what you want to hear but is always looking out for her clients. She's set up weekend calls/meetings precovid because it worked best for our schedule. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I truly don't think we would have gotten the custody agreement we have now with any other lawyer!

WHY HAVE YOU NOT HIRED HER YET?! STOP WAITING YOU'RE ONLY HURTING YOURSELF AND YOUR KIDS WAITING TO DO SO!!! The best damn move I did was to hire her. She has been invested deeply into my case for a VERY looooong time. Over 5 years work if not longer. She is RUTHLESS in the court room and speaks f...rankly with you. She is always easy to get a hold of to talk to and responds quickly with easy guidance. She literally knows almost everyone in the courts whether it is the judge you're in front of or the lawyers you are against in the court room and works closely with the kids attorneys which is a HUGE help to your case. If you're a dude.. nothing looks better than having a female attorney like her fighting for you. Sorry but it's true. She fights tirelessly and non stop for you and for what is right. I swear this woman doesn't friggin sleep. Many times I have emailed her about something late at night that had happened with my kids that I found out from my ex with the kids and she is right there responding back to me at late hours in the night and early mornings making the issues known to the others that are involved in your case. Like I was honestly shocked and wasn't expecting it when I sent her something after midnight regarding my kids with what was going on and she responded right away and dealt with it by the morning to have it addressed! THAT IS DEDICATION TO YOUR CLIENTS! Never have I ever had an attorney like her and because of her help I have been able to keep calm knowing she is on top of everything. So for real.. if you are in search for a bad aśśed attorney to have your back.. stop searching here and hire her! She won't steer you wrong.. she knows exactly what she is doing and won't let you down. IF YOU WANT A FAIR CHANCE TO DEFEND YOUR CASE YOU NEED TO HIRE HER! STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON CRAPPY ATTORNEYS OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO CRAP FOR YOU!! The legal system is jacked but she is the ONLY one that can get you through it to help you! SHE DOESN'T LOSE!

This attorney is friendly and seems to be concerned about your court issues and how it will impact your life until she has or makes up a reason not to. hard to reach half of the time, does not respond to texts or messages once she gets comfortable with you and does not always follow through with what... she promises to do. was willing to make her my long term attorney until she proved to be someone different than who she seemed to be at first. once my court issues got better (not with her help as I decided to settle before trial) she did not do anything she said she would do. does not return my attempts to reach her and left me completely in limbo with more to do regarding my case. would not hire her again.

Horrible lawyer. Took the full retainer. and refused to meet with me OR return a phone call even though I hired her in an emergency custody situation. Was not able to meet with me or talk with me for 2 months after I paid her even though my children were wrongfully taken from me and she reassured me... she'd handle it immediately. Had me sign blank documents but refused to submit a motion to get my children back. Told me I should quit my job and go on disability in order to avoid paying child support. She charged $1400 for a court date that never happened. Allowed unfair child support figures to get acessed on me without objecting using actual financials. She not only didnt help get custody back but she had my family supervised visits removed for 3rd party paid and never informed me. I didnt see my children for 4.5 months (including their birthdays, halloween, thanksgiving and Christmas)because of Ms. Monte and her failure to uphold her responsibilities to her client. I was never notified or served with any document while Ms. Monte represented me. Ms. Monte also disregards documented instances of child abuse and advised me to 'do whatever he says (the opossing party) even if it's against the order'. Ms. Monte is part of the lawyers club. Her and William Hites, and so many others, follow the same script and timeline word for word. Ms. Monte finds grieving parents as a target for profits and will allow children to endure unneccessary trauma in order to make her pockets fatter. Ms. Monte should NOT be allowed to practice law and is a direct danger to children. If you want to question any of these statements, I have the receipts.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire this woman, she will take your money and run. You won't hear from her and years will go by and your case will be on going. She is full of excuses and lies, bills for everytime you try to reach her even though 90% of the time she does not respond. 3 years in still n...ot divorced and nickeled and dimed to death. Find someone else the good reviews are false!
