I initially called just to ask a question, not sure how bankruptcy worked or if i could file. He answered my question honestly and there was no sales pitch, he seemed like he just wanted to help me. I used Chris to as my attorney when buying some vacant land. There was some complication because there was a 50 year old variance for the water company that was very vague. The property had changed hands many times and there were some missing documents. Chris worked with the town lawyer to clear up t...he mess and get a new documents signed by the town eliminating the variance and ensuring a house could be built on it. His rate was very reasonable with no surprises. I would use him again and refer my friends to him.
