I was so please with his professionalism and attention to detail that I used him to sell 2 other homes as well as purchase a new home that same year -- busy year to say the least! Very Helpful
I initially called just to ask a question, not sure how bankruptcy worked or if i could file. He answered my question honestly and there was no sales pitch, he seemed like he just wanted to help me. So, when the time came to file bankruptcy , he immediately came to mind, went in for my free consultation. Mr Tyrpak walked me thru the whole process and explained it every step of the way I was only filing bankruptcy due to a family legal and financial matter, and after listening to my story he advised me what I needed to do to best benefit me. I truly felt he just wanted to help me out of a difficult situation. Never seemed like it was just a job or he took it just for the money. He made a very difficult situation easier, for that I'm grateful. I would definitely recommend Mr Tyrpak to anybody who needs a lawyer.

Fantastic, would definitely use again!
I used Chris to as my attorney when buying some vacant land. There was some complication because there was a 50 year old variance for the water company that was very vague. The property had changed hands many times and there were some missing documents. Chris worked with the town lawyer to clear up the mess and get a new documents signed by the town eliminating the variance and ensuring a house could be built on it. His rate was very reasonable with no surprises. I would use him again and refer my friends to him.

Excellent lawyer for home closing services
Chris handled the legal required for closing on our house in Amherst, NY. He was very organized and prudent when it came to processing the documents required to close. Chris took care of everything related to closing and was pleasant to work with. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is in need of legal services related to buying a home.

Home closing
Chris assisted me through the closing process of my first house and everything went great. He was very helpful from start to finish explaining each item that was being reviewed and signed. Chris has stayed in touch through the following months to help out with any other steps that I have needed.
