Brian was amazing. I had my divorce handled previously by a different lawyer who looking back had zero interest in helping me at that time, or looking out for my young child's best interests and only wanted money. So, to my pleasant surprise when I approached Brian (who was referred to me by a close family friend who raved about him) he was very helpful. He was ALWAYS quick to respond or answer any questions I had, and even give me advice on how to handle certain situations. He definitely went above and beyond his job description to not only get the best result for me but took care of my son's needs as well. He is very thorough and explains everything so there are no surprises which made me feel more comfortable in such an uncomfortable setting. He was not only easy to work with but someone anyone can get along with. I wish I would have had him from the start and I never would have had to go back to court. Brian represented my son and I perfectly.

Having to find an attorney and make the decision of ending a marriage is a very difficult one. I interviewed a few attorneys prior to choosing, Mr. Welsh. Mr. Welsh explained everything that you will face step by step. He allows you to ask questions and gives you his honest opinion or answer. Face it, you will be making enough decisions and you will need all information you can get to make a decision about your future an easier one. I found a lot of attorney's may give you the run around, he will not. Calls will be returned and you will not be left without answers. Your future depends on him and you will feel you have made the best decision in hiring him to represent you. Your journey will be hard, he will make it easier to handle. I felt I made a solid choice after my divorce was final. I would highly recommend Mr. Welsh to represent anyone who may be looking for a great attorney.

Like many facing the end of a marriage, I was in shock and completely overwhelmed at the dysfunctional life I was living when I first met with Brian for advice. He took time to understand the details of my situation, my values and my priorities, and laid out a plan. He was with me every step of the way. He was an advisor to me and an advocate in the courtroom. I highly recommend Brian.
